Back Acne is common on the chest,  back,  shoulders, buttocks, actually it can appear anywhere on body..

Face and upper neck are most frequently affected, but the chest, back and shoulders may acne and. The upper arms can also acne but there lesions are often Keratosis of Pilaris not acne. Typical acne lesions are inflammatory papules, comedones, pustules and nodules.

Back acne, just like facial acne, is a genetic disease. If your parents had a body acne, chances are you are likely to struggle with it yourself. Research show us that most people with facial acne have some amount of body acne as well. Body acne develops in a similar way to facial acne. Skin on the body can be thicker than that on the face and often has larger pores, making for more severe acne lesions at times.
